Louise Mitchell
Founding Partner
Louise is a barrister at law, solicitor and notary public. She is a graduate of McGill University, where she studied political science. She read law at the University of Manchester and the University of Oxford. She attended the Inns of Court School of Law in London where she became a member of the Honourable Society of the Inner Temple. She was admitted to the Bar of England and Wales in 1998 and admitted to practice law in St. Vincent and the Grenadines in 2000.
She worked in financial regulation for many years, heading the International Financial Services Authority of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, now the FSA.
In 2007 Ms. Mitchell went into private practice and established Louise Mitchell and Associates. She is also founder and managing director of licensed offshore Registered Agent and Trustee, Caribbean Trust Company Ltd.
She is a Vincentian patriot with a passion for Vincentian heritage and environment. She headed the St. Vincent and the Grenadines National Trust for many years, she currently remains a Trustee on the Board of Trustees. She is co-founder and director of The St. Vincent and the Grenadines Environment Fund (www.svgef.org) and Vice President of the St Vincent and the Grenadines Conservation Fund (part of the CCI Initiative)
Ms. Mitchell is the Honorary Consul of Finland to St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
Parnel R. Campbell

Mr. Parnel Campbell QC is former Attorney General and Minister of Justice of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He is a nation building trailblazer who has dedicated his adult life to the service of his country through his political activism, influence on constitutional reform, and his public service national television series. Mr. Campbell also served as Lecturer in Law, a Doctoral research student and Fellow of the Caribbean Law Institute. Hiren Patel

Hiren has been practicing law since 1991. He is a corporate lawyer with specialist practice areas in banking, structured finance, capital markets, funds and insurance.
He is admitted to practice law in England and Wales, Hong Kong, Bermuda and St. Vincent and the Grenadines and has extensive experience in cross-border transactions, having lived and worked in a number of offshore jurisdictions.
He currently practices English and Welsh law from his own law firm, but has prior to this been a partner in MJ Hudson, Walkers and Applebys.
Hiren’s client base includes banks, companies and businesses involved in infrastructure, oil and gas, telecommunications, insurance and reinsurance, shipping and aviation and building projects worldwide.
He has a particularly strong client network in India, China, and the Far East. These clients focus on structuring inward and outward investments into these regions, listings on stock exchanges, and the expansion of their Asian businesses.
Alpha Campbell

Alpha Campbell has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Business Administration and Compliance. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in HR Management and a minor in Marketing. Ms. Campbell holds an International Certificate in Compliance Awareness awarded by the UK International Compliance Association.
Ms. Campbell's work experience includes several years as a Compliance Officer and AML/CFT Money Laundering Reporting Officer at an international bank, in addition to having worked in two legal chambers; one of which is her current employer.
Cynthia Judy Wilson Richards
Legal Secretary/Office Manager
Cynthia Judy Wilson Richards has served as a para-legal for over 30 years. She is also Manager of an international Trust Company (Aegis Trust Services Ltd.) as well as being the Manager of the law firm of LMJ Chambers.
She is the Legal Secretary/Office Manager with LMJ Chambers for twelve years where she has served with distinction, loyalty and commitment.
Mrs. Wilson Richards holds a Certificate in Commerce and Business Studies, St Vincent Technical College, Certificate in Clerical Program – St Vincent Technical College, Diploma in Art & Literature, with a Credit in English Language, Associate Degree in Christian Education and is currently pursuing an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies.
